Blind Peacock in the Jungle
Blind Peacock in the Jungle
These elegant fingerless mittens are worked entirely with the single crochet stitch. A textured feather adorns the back of each hand. The feather is a variation of the peacock feather in my “blinking peacock” shawl (which in turn is the crochet version of Michael Schmidt’s awesome knitted “Drachenfeuer” shawl). The mittens do not have the typical eye of a peacock feather, thus the “blind” in the name.
