The Flatiron Shawl is worked from 5 small chain stitches and steadily increased to span over 85 inches long. Bands of color are "faded" into the pattern, allowing makers to experiment with luxurious indie dyed fingering weight skeins. The entire piece is finished in a contrastin scalloped border.
