Thank you so very much for donating a shawl for the Silent Auction. Your generosity and creativity will help bring comfort, hope, and support to those facing cancer treatments. If you have created — or would like to create — a shawl for this auction, you are welcome to use any yarn you wish. The fibers do not need to be purchased from Lone Star Yarn, and yes, you are absolutely welcome to use yarn from your stash. Shawls may be either knit or crochet; all styles and designs are welcome. We simply ask that you fill out the form below so bidders will know the fiber content, washing instructions, and pattern information, if available. By filling out the form below, you understand that you will not be paid for your shawl nor receive any percentage of the auction proceeds. Of all proceeds collected, 80% will go to Me Squared and 20% will go to Lone Star Yarn to help support the event. If a donated shawl does not receive a bid during the auction, it will be donated directly to the charity to be shared with cancer treatment facilities or patients in need of warmth and comfort.
